Once we receive your enquiry, a member of our client services team will review your message and respond within one working day. If your enquiry relates to a specific programme, we will typically suggest a brief telephone conversation to clarify your objectives before scheduling a full discovery consultation.
Discovery consultations are complimentary and last approximately ninety minutes. They can be conducted at our Long Hackettingham facility, at your offices or via video conference. During this session, we will explore your organisation's strategic context, leadership culture and development priorities in detail. There is no obligation to proceed — the consultation is designed to help both parties determine whether our approach is the right fit.
If we agree to move forward, we will provide a detailed proposal within five working days of the consultation. The proposal will include a recommended programme structure, timeline, facilitator profiles and transparent pricing. We welcome questions and revisions at every stage — our goal is to ensure that the final programme design reflects your ambitions precisely.
